CLE Forms will be available for 45 days after the meeting, so if you’re unable to submit in Aruba, you can submit when you return home.
Important Tour Information: Please arrive at least 20 minutes early – tours depart promptly at scheduled times. All tours require advance purchase as an add-on to your meeting registration. Tours depart from the hotel lobby.
Know Before You Go
Mandatory: Aruba ED Card
All travelers, including children, must complete the digital immigration form to enter Aruba. Failure to obtain the green-check confirmation (QR code) may result in denied boarding.
- Timeline: Complete within 7 days of travel.
- Sustainability Fee: $20 USD (mandatory for most visitors).
