Registration & Exhibit Hall Hours
Pick up your badges and program materials at the Borgata Registration Desk. Badges are required for admission to all NJSBA events.

Day One Highlights
The Annual Meeting officially opens with a keynote business session, networking lunch, and evening Welcome Reception at the Borgata Pool.

“Connectable: Turning Connection into a Competitive Advantage for the Next Generation” — kick off the meeting with the keynote address.

Network with colleagues over lunch in the Exhibit Hall and Borgata Buffet.

Ice Cream Social Exhibit Hall3:30 p.m. – 4:30 p.m.
Take an afternoon break for ice cream and conversation with sponsors and fellow attendees.

Welcome Reception Borgata Pool6:30 p.m. – 8 p.m.
Cap off Day One poolside with cocktails, hors d’oeuvres, and the official Welcome Reception.
Thursday, May 14
Installation Day
Thursday is the centerpiece of the Annual Meeting, featuring the Installation Ceremony at the Music Box Theatre, followed by the Installation Reception and Afterparty.

Lunch in the Exhibit Hall, plus the popular attendee raffle. You must be present to win.

Wine Reception Exhibit Hall2:30 – 3:30 p.m.
An afternoon wine reception in the Exhibit Hall — a great chance for a final visit with sponsors before the hall closes.

Installation Ceremony Music Box Theatre7 – 8 p.m.
Join us as the NJSBA installs its incoming officers and trustees in this signature ceremony.

Installation Reception Exhibit Hall8 – 10 p.m.
Celebrate the new leadership with cocktails, dinner stations, and dancing.

Keep the celebration going with the Annual Meeting Afterparty.
Friday, May 15
Closing Day
The final day features additional CLE programming and a closing attendee lunch. Registration closes at 11 a.m.
